"Looking to Jesus"
On February 18, 2012 in Rome Cardinal Thomas Collins was elevated to the College of Cardinals. Thomas Cardinal Collins is the fourth cardinal in the history of the Archdiocese of Toronto and 16th in Canadian history.
Cardinal Collins has served as a member of the Pontifical Council for Social Communications, as well as being involved in the Synod of Bishops at a Special Assembly for the Middle East. He has assisted the Holy Father as an Apostolic Visitor in Ireland and also as the Delegate of the Congregation of the Doctrine of the Faith for Anglicanorum Coetibus. He is also on the committee that helps prepare translations of liturgical texts.
We are very pleased to have the opportunity to bring Cardinal Thomas up to Aurora, and ask you to help us bring the Cardinal’s inspiring words to our breakfast by supporting one of a number of sponsorship opportunities.
