In his international career, Victor has focused in the areas of corporate governance, strategy and business development. He is currently Executive Director for Aspen Medical Canada, a subsidiary of Aspen Medical. The company specializes in solutions based medical logistics around the world and has been recognized as one of Australia’s fastest growing and most successful private enterprises. Victor has a Master of Administration in Leadership and is the youngest to graduate with the designation of Chartered Director in Canada.
He is a Corporate Director of SaskEnergy, which has total assets of $1.89B and over 1,050 FTE’s and is Chair of its HR/Compensation Committee. He also serves on the Conference Board of Canada Saskatchewan Summit Advisory, the Lead Gift Campaign Committee for Saskatchewan’s Ronald McDonald House, the Paul J. Hill School of Business CEO Advisory and is Chair of the Canadian Red Cross Executive Cabinet for Saskatchewan.
In 2011, Victor was Chair of the Regina & District Chamber of Commerce, one of the youngest to lead a chamber in a Canadian major city and oversaw an unprecedented 176 businesses become members, which now represents over 1,150 businesses. That year he was honoured to receive the Public Policy Forum’s Emerging Leaders Award for Canada.
In 2012, he was Group Co-Chair for Quebec 1 (Montreal) for the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference.
